Prices shown on this website are all in Australian Dollar (AUD) and exclude GST.
Normal delivery times will be provided to you in your quotation. Delivery times can upon products selected and decoration methods employed. Generally speaking 3-4 weeks is applicable to most products. That being said,opportunities for quicker turnarounds do exist, so speak to our customer service staff to obtain a delivery date commitment. Quicker turn-around times may incur extra freight or production surcharges.
Goods will be available for collection upon notification from 62 McMinn Street Darwin. Arrangements can be made to have goods delivered to you at an extra cost.
Art work supplied must be in VECTOR eps, ai or vector pdf. We can redraw your artwork from the following format : JPEG (*.jpg or *.jpeg) or GIF (*.gif). We will quote redraw charges prior to commencing the work. If specific colour outcomes are required all printing orders must supply PMS colours where applicable.
Digitizing charges to our customers are kept to a minimum as we do all our digitizing in-house to ensure control over quality and practicality to our equipment. Often this means that significant costs are not passed on to our customers, as such, we do not provide embroidery files (*.dst or *.emb) to clients or 3rd parties under any circumstances.
